Empathy for the Man Child

I want to talk about a category of men that gets little empathy: the man child.

I’m not a therapist but I feel I have unique insights into this group because I’m curious, fairly non-judgmental, avoidant (like most of them), and in a relationship (unavailable) so I don’t pose a threat to their fear of commitment. Instead, they tell me things about themselves.

One of my best friends, Keeley Rankin, is a relationship and intimacy coach, and at one point she had so many clients trying to overcome premature ejaculation that she made a course specifically for it.
